    Increased calories

Was almost 1 month with no weight lost and I am only 7 weeks out. After reading lots of material I tried increasing my calories to around 800-900 and the weight is coming off. Down 5 pounds in 5 days. I think when we are only eating 500-600 calories a day and exercising the body is in starvation mode. I am exercising at least 5 days per week (10,000 steps) and eating 5-6 small meals a day. Mostly protein and vegetables very little carbs.

    Where's the April sleevers....

I am 6 weeks out and frustrated. Lost 20 Pds in 2 weeks and now I have only lost 5 in 4 weeks. I have journaled and saw the dietician and not sure why the slow weight loss. Scientifically it should not be possible. I am exercising everyday everything from walking to boot camp. I am trying to be patient. I am going to up my protein and see what happens If anyone has suggestions feel free.

    Keep Going

Was sleeved April 9 and lost 20 pds in this 2 weeks and then nothing for 10 days. I was getting frustrated not because I had not done well so far but science tells me is you are eating 500-700 calories a day and doing 20-30 mins of exercise how can you not lose! Our bodies have to take time to adjust. The last 2 days I have lost 2 pounds. Not sure if I did anything but have been keeping my water intake up and protein over 70 grams. My husband who does not have a weight problem said you did not put the weight on overnight and it is not going to come off that way either. In fact he said a slower pace may help us deal better with saggy skin, hair loss ect. Good luck to everyone!
  6. These feelings are all normal. I am 3 weeks out have lost 22 Pds and starting to feel better. You will miss food at first as everything is liquid but by week 2 it starts to get better. Keep yourself busy and drink your protein. Everyday gets a little easier. Good luck
