I'm a Philly sleever! Dr kirkland/Penn on July 9th!

Thanks all! Everything is going good so far.

So far so good-I'm still only on Protein shakes, Water, and broth. Yesterday I got 45 gms of protein in and about 50 ounces of water. I am not moving on to any more liquids until I get my protein at 60 and liquids at 64. How is everyone else doing with the protein? I'm 3 days post-op.

Sleeved on the 9th-so far I'm getting most of the liquids in. Only Water, a premiere Protein and broth. Got on the treadmill twice and did 3 min each time-very slowly. Still feel very bloated.

I had my surgery the 9th too-I'm not throwing up the water. But if I drink anything else -specifically Jello or gaterade-I throw up. Have you been walking? I heard that helps with the shoulder pain.

I have been doing walks..just started my Clear liquids today. Tired! But feel good! Thanks!

Got my surgery-sitting in hospital bed. Feels like I did 3000 sit ups.

I'm getting my surgery Wednesday-July 9th!!! So excited but nervous! I can't believe this is happening!!

I'm July 9th-started by pre-op diet on 6/27. Keystone -health plan east PA Nervous but ready!

I have keystone health plan east-but I'm waiting for my doctor's office to send my stuff in to them. I was told it was covered by keystone.

My blood results came back with low vitamin d and anemic-anyone have their surgery delayed because of that?

Anyone use Pennsylvania-Dr. Kirkland?
