I am a bit frustrated.......I was banded 07/07....starting weight was 205 got down to 142. I changed Dr.'s and they unfilled me. I have a 10cc band and I was at 7.2 cc. I was at 7.2 my entire pregnancy and had no issues. My son was 8lbs 8oz and I gained only 1 lb. Back in late Dec. 2010. I had an unfill to about 6.2 cc and I gained 6 lbs. I went back in a few days ago and she put back in point .2 cc's . I am so hungry all I can think about is FOOD! i WANT TO EAT EVERYTHING IN SIGHT! . My Dr. said to give this new fill a few weeks to adjust. has anyone ever had this problem?? I am so worried that I will gain more weight Thanks , ~Shannon!

I am 21 weeks pregnant as of today and have not gained any weight. I actually have lost some weight in the beginning about 5 lbs. I am not trying to lose weight by any means. The baby is measuring big, so I suppose everything is fine.I have been maintining my weight, crazy since I am eating whatever I WANT TO!! With my first pregnancy, pre-band, I gained only 22 lbs. I also was not trying to lose weight at that time. I suppose I just don't gain that much weight during pregnancy's!!Anyone else like this? I go in on Thurs. to have another ultrasound, the baby was stubborn the first time around. pre-pregnancy weight 172 Current weight 167

Thank you.....I feel huge!! I am due June1st. So we are only about 1 week apart. Is this your first baby? This is my second. So you had a complete unfill?? I am still filled. I am having another ultrasound in a few weeks to see if baby is growing. My belly is measuring right on schedule. it just kinda feels weird not gaining weight during pregnancy. I am wondering if I will weight less after the baby is born. That would be nice!!

I am currently 29 weeks pregnant. Banded July31 2007. Starting weight 203. Pre- pregnancy weight 167. Now at 7 months and have only gained 1 lb. I am kinda nervous. My first pregnancy I gained 22 lbs, not too bad. My OB said baby is growing right on schedule and heart beat is perfect. I have another ultrasound to measure baby in 2 weeks. I feel great. I can eat what ever I want, just not a lot in one sitting. It is the strangest thing. Has anyone had the dilemma while being pregnant ? First time in my life I am concerned that I am NOT GAINING WEIGHT!!

I just found out I am 4 weeks pregnant with my second child. The first child I was not banded and gain 22 lbs. I am kinda nervous to see how this one will turn out like. I do not want to gain a lot of weight with this one. Any advice on the prenatal vitamins that are easy to take while banded?

I just found out I am pregnant. I am curious to know if anyone out there knows of a good prenatal vitamin that is easy to take while you are banded and pregnant?

I'm 5'1 at my highest weight of 205 I was wearing about a 16.Now I'm weighing 189 in a 14. Seven years ago, I was 120 wearing a 5/6. I'll be happy with a size 7/8 now.

I had my surgery on the 31st too. 2 months and counting. Everything is going well. Hope you are too

My port is right in my bellybutton. My surgeon did this so I would not have a visable scar. The scar is in the folds of my belly button. I also did not have staples of stiches, only some type of "SURGICAL SKIN".My surgeon is wonderful. Thank you Dr.Carson Liu!!
