I got my 4/6 appointment tomorrow and then Thursday is my Psych eval! woo!

I'm going to buy one right around the time I have my surgery in late October, It will definitely be a nice tool to have after the surgery to track my progress.

I'm about 2 1/2 months to surgery and I am going absolutely crazy! I am so impatient and all I can think about is getting the surgery so I can feel better and start my journey. What did you do to pass the time so that it goes faster? lol

Today I am just so emotional! Everything is making me want to cry. Been having some money issues and I am having such a hard time waiting for my surgery. I want everything to be done now so I can start feeling better! 3 more months to go...woo. Sorry for venting, I'm just having a bad day.

I've only got 3 more months (3 visits) and just need to find the time to go get my psych eval. It's really hard finding time to do it. They said it's like 2 hours long...that's not so easy with an 11 month old boy, a husband and a full time job. lol

Hello, I'm Robin. I'm 26 (almost 27) years old and I'm halfway through my journey to Gastric Bypass July 17th was my official halfway point for the 6 month supervised diet with my PCP. My husband, Denny is right behind me by a month so he'll be having his soon too I'm extremely nervous though, I've never had a major surgery (or any surgery for that matter) before. I just have to keep remembering that I'm doing this for my son. He'll be a year old in August (same day as me, yay same birthday ) Any tips? I've been trying to lose a little weight for the supervised diet, but I haven't lost anything...I've actually gained

If everything goes well, I'll be having surgery late October/early November. Just hit my halfway point on July 17th. The wait is killing me!
