My Liquid Diet Started Today and it's not easy but im very determined. My process was fairly short. I started my pre-op tests in April/May now im getting ready to be on the losers bench. How are all of you guys feeling?

My Date is set for June 30th, im excited an scared at the same time. My GW is 140lbs what I use to weighed before I had children. 140lbs is what I should weight in anyway because im 5"6. Its gonna be alotta work an im very confident ill get there!

Any of you scheduled for your endoscopy & How long after your Psyh, Cardi & Sleep did it take for you to get your endoscopy date!!!

I didn't purchase the powder yet because I was still seeing what my stomach could handle. I purchased the pre made ones that are in the bottles. The bottled ones have 25g of Protein. Since I love the ensure chocolate ill be purchasing it in the powder as well. My surgery date is in June. I will have a definite date on Monday for sure. Where are you in your journey?
