  3. Me too im thinking the hardest part is this 2wk liquid diet but it'll be over before I know it. GL

  5. My Liquid Diet Started Today and it's not easy but im very determined. My process was fairly short. I started my pre-op tests in April/May now im getting ready to be on the losers bench. How are all of you guys feeling?

  7. My Date is set for June 30th, im excited an scared at the same time. My GW is 140lbs what I use to weighed before I had children. 140lbs is what I should weight in anyway because im 5"6. Its gonna be alotta work an im very confident ill get there!

  13. I didn't purchase the powder yet because I was still seeing what my stomach could handle. I purchased the pre made ones that are in the bottles. The bottled ones have 25g of Protein. Since I love the ensure chocolate ill be purchasing it in the powder as well. My surgery date is in June. I will have a definite date on Monday for sure. Where are you in your journey?
  14. Hello, Im new as well surgery is sometime in June. I brought "Ensure" Chocolate Protein Drink is what im starting out with an its actually not as sweet and its not chalky ither.
  15. Yes my surgeon told ne NO GUMMY. Im gonna ask about liquid vitamins because obviously it's easier then the chewing lol. I seen liquid B-12 & ill ask my doctor is that okay
  16. My surgeon gave me thr option of taking the bariatric advantage vitamin or Flintstone Complete along with the B-12 Sublingal & The Chews w/ vitamin d. He never mentioned the Flintstone Complete Vitamins were of anyway a miss.
  17. Ugh im nervous as well because you would think if it's gonna be hard to swallow the vitamins we're not able too chew we could do liquid form. An yah im afraid ill get sick too. I'll be getting a definite for June 25th next week. Keeping my fingers crossed. How about you? When is your surgery? ?

  20. Oh gee!!!!!! That's not good. I heard when on cpap it makes you feel fresh in the morning so thats the awesome thing.

  22. Okay so I have a list of Vitamins I should buy. What are you guys taking? I know I would be getting: 1) Flintstone Complete (Chewable) 2) B-12 500mg 3) Chewable Calcium+D Supplement 1000mg And can I purchase liquid vitamins or no?
  23. Yes I had received a checklist as well along with the pre-op diet that I would need to follow along with the Vitamins I would need to purchase
