  1. I remember thinking the same thing during my preop diet. Siting 5 days post op I know I made the right decision for me. If it were as easy as sticking to a liquid diet for a few weeks I wouldn't need a liquid diet to begin with.
  2. Scratch that 48 hours out
  3. Here I am 72 hours out this surgery is no joke when it comes to the pain side of things. I feel like a car ran over my abdomen. But I guess this is the rough patch. Try my first protein shakes today and some of the multivitamins recommended kept both down without an issue. thank goodness the protein shakes really had me scared from everything I've heard of.
  4. Oh sorry I'm going in for the gastric bypass Roux-en-Y
  5. Tomorrow I go under the knife to change my life. High blood pressure high cholesterol sleep apnea starting off at 277 hoping to be down to 175 one day. A little nervous about the process and recovery.
