I do have current pictures, and I try to make my profile as true and accurate as possible, and I'm typically very positive and upbeat, so I'm hoping that shows. I don't know, I feel like there is definitely someone out there for me, and other times, I think it'll never happen :/

Ugh. I am hating everything about dating!! I am 6 months post, and down 90lbs. I still have about 80lbs to go, but I'm already feeling amazing. I have been on eharmony for a few months now, but not really getting anywhere. I know that I have a lot to offer, and it is frustrating that no one is willing to give me a chance to show that.

Wow, this thread definitely makes me realize how lucky I am with my insurance. My total out of pocket cost was less then $200, and that was just in co-pays for various consults and clearances pre-op. I do know someone who went to Mexico to have the surgery, she spent $5000. That wouldn't sit well with me, but she has had no problems and excellent results so far.
