  1. it seems like we are on the same diet. I have not had any pasta, had a few bites of bread but my body doesn't seem to like it. So I have been mainly eating Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, flaky fish, ground chicken, some nuts, eggs, hummus on some crackers and some soft veggies. And I also did have a slice of pizza which took me a long time to eat. I am liking the soft stages of food for now. II ate about a 1/4 cup of great northern beans for lunch today, along with about an ounce of turkey, a couple cooked baby carrots and 4-6 cooked green beans (I'm a sleeve patient, 6.5 weeks out) and i have had such a "full" feeling since. I don't feel I have room for any more food even though 6 hours have passed. I've only eaten a total of 450 cals and 55g of Protein....all under what my nutritionist recommends. Do you think the beans is what caused this incredible "full" feeling?

  3. I filled out your survey. Don't know if I was much help since I'm only 17 days out from GS surgery.
