  1. I had my surgery on September 24th with Dr Baranov at Saratoga Hospital. I've been home now for 2days and feeling great. My recovery has been easy, not too much pain and just getting to know the limits of my new pouch. I'm drinking/sipping water, taking in 1-2oz of protein shake 3 times a day and walking at least 30 minutes 2 times per day. I feel fantastic and can't wait for more days to come. My husband, my son and my parents have been a big part of this journey and I think because of their support I'm doing so well.
