  1. Almost a week out and my cravings are ridiculous.....I want anything that involves chewing....,.i am so sick of these shakes I need to change it because just thinking about drinking it is making me sick!!!!!! I had a sugar free fudge Popsicle to get down my shake down today......don't know how I will overcome another week of shakes and liquids..........pray for me!

    I'm glad I wasted my time reading all this bull to find only 2-3 postings regarding the subject at hand.....I guess I'll take my chances pre- surgery!!!!
  3. Had a horrible day and would like to smoke - I have surgery on Thursday. Should I or shouldn't I ??? Like if I smoke will it affect my surgery tremendously??? Advise please......
