  2. Hi all! I had RNY surgery Mar 31st. Every day seems to be a little better. I'm mostly hitting my Water and Protein goals, but still a ways to go with the food. I was having trouble with the Protein drinks, barely able to gag them down, until someone on another thread mentioned the nectar lemon tea. So far, it's been fantastic. Now I'm trying to figure out the walking thing. I'm used to the elliptical at the gym, this walking outside thing is a challenge - no sidewalks, busy road, blah excuses I've been lurking since surgery and this whole place has been awesome, full of great info and encouragement. Just wanted to say hello and try to break out of being the shy hidden one.
