  1. We do need to push each other!!! I need some motivation! Once you see the weight coming off and you start getting compliments it's easy to get complacent. I know I need a big kick in the booty to get back on track.
  2. Hey everyone!! How's it been? I've been feeling great, I lost a lot of weight but I've been in a long stall now. I know it's because of my eating choices. First I feel like I can eat much more than before, second I'm snacking a lot... The snack is always fruit but I'll eat some type of fruit 3-4 times a day. I'm becoming more drawn to foods I shouldn't have. Help!!!!!
  3. Current weight: 192 Goal weight: 175

  6. Yrs Amy my program does. It allows 6 small meals per day. I was just wondering what types of Snacks others eat, I've been following your post and it seems that your program is much more restrictive than mine. How are you doing with it?
  7. Thank you for responding. Sometimes I eat a piece of fruit, I eat watermelon a lot. I just don't want to do anything wrong
  8. Do you snack? If so what do you eat. I know not sugar but do have any go to foods. Or do you just eat 3 meals.

  12. What great suggestions! I'm 6 weeks out and I feel that I never make wise food choices. I didn't bring my lunch today and I trying to decide what I should have for lunch. Any suggestions!! What have you eaten today?
  13. Praying for you MrsGloMartin
  14. I agree with you! I know that exercise is important but I don't understand how you would not lose any weight with the small amount of food we eat...
  15. Thats so good Jess!!! I eat crackers but I have not tried nuts or protein bars or salad!! I can't wait to try salad!!! I've been eating loads of watermelon and grapes.. I can eat chicken, tuna, and salmon. I eat a lot of chili. Before this surgery I used to love eggs, but now they don't taste good.. I also have a problem with eating too fast, it doesn't hurt but I just feel that it's too fast. And I totally hate not drinking when I eat. I am grateful for the surgery because I know I could not have done this without it, but it is really hard especially emotionally!!! But I keep praying and keep going! Have a wonderful day!
  16. That's awesome Jess!! You are doing great and you look great!! I'm proud of your success!!! My weight loss is a little slower than yours but I'm so proud of all of us!! It has been a struggle and some days are better than others!! I'm still not 100% glad I had the surgery, but it's much better than it used to be. What kind of things have you been eating?
  17. Ginger snaps I should have been more specific about the location on the pain.. It is actually low abdomen in the area of my large intestine. I was thinking it was because I've been a bit constipated, but I'm not sure. I will call my doctor!! Thank you guys for your responses!!
  18. I'm 5 weeks post op and I was doing pretty good until last night. I'm having a lot of lower stomach pain. It kept me awake last night and it continues. It's a sharp intermittent pain. It hurts so bad. It's going on 24 hours of pain. Anybody been through this?
