  6. We do need to push each other!!! I need some motivation! Once you see the weight coming off and you start getting compliments it's easy to get complacent. I know I need a big kick in the booty to get back on track.

  8. Hey everyone!! How's it been? I've been feeling great, I lost a lot of weight but I've been in a long stall now. I know it's because of my eating choices. First I feel like I can eat much more than before, second I'm snacking a lot... The snack is always fruit but I'll eat some type of fruit 3-4 times a day. I'm becoming more drawn to foods I shouldn't have. Help!!!!!

  19. Yrs Amy my program does. It allows 6 small meals per day. I was just wondering what types of Snacks others eat, I've been following your post and it seems that your program is much more restrictive than mine. How are you doing with it?
