  1. I had sleeve performed April 2008. Very successful. Lost from about 240 to 140 in a year's time. Felt great, and the maintenance seemed natural. Statred working out, got in great shape. In late 2012, had an accident that rendered me unable to exercise, or even do much at all for an extended period. Ended up having several surgeries, including a total knee replacement on one leg. My activity level is still imited, and to be honest with myself, will always be to an extent. Over the past year, I have regained about 70 pounds, which is just devastating for me, espcially after having about 5 years of success. I am now considering revision surgery, possible a conversion to a DS. I feel so bad about myself, so limited and have really cut back on just about everything I do. The main reason I am considering a revision, most especially a DS, is because of the continued knee pain and toll on my now artificial joint. As I put the weight back on, I can just tell that the extra weight is so hard on the joints. I need to get it off for my long term health. Looking for advice or input from anyone who might have done the sleeve to the DS AFTER WEIGHT REGAIN. I have found several people who have the DS after a sleeve that is never fully successful. But I am most interested in anyone who might have initially lost the weight, regained and then had the DS. Did you have success and lose the weight again? Any regrets? I am also considering the resleeve, but really only if my sleeve turns out to be stretched significantly. I am more leaning to a DS for better long term results, especially since I have had this regain.
  2. You can find the nutritional data online. Also, you can tell them to "make it skinny" and they will not use turbinado (sugar), and this reduces the carbs. You can also add Protein to any drink.
