mine would normally consist of eggs with mushrooms and reduced fat cheese or oatmeal for breakfast, chicken with green beans and brown rice, or tuna with crackers for lunch, and some type of fish or chicken with vegetables for dinner and i eat fruit or greek yogurt for my snacks.
hi my surgery was a little hard to deal at first but it was most def gas that was getting the best of me, i ended up staying 2 night instead of one cause i was vomiting even though i had nothing to eat, now that part was painful. but the gas will only move if you do a lot of walking every day try to walk a little bit further each day.
I understand where you are coming from im 4 weeks and 3 days in from my surgery and at this point its like nothing even taste that great but like you i eat because i have to. It is getting a little better but its like nothing taste the same.

Hi my name is Jasmine, 30 and from New Jersey and tomorrow I attend my information meeting and hoping to change the rest of my life. I have been over weight all of my life. I've gone through a couple diets and it has not gone as good as i planned, i mean don't get me wrong i have really tried and lost some. But i feel like i can do much better. With this surgery it will help me regain control and stay a lot more focused.
