In about a week it will go away...still it's scary waking up to that pain.

Try not to think about it... It's hard but it's only in your head...try to think of any thing else. Hold on

They gave me pain meds for 5 days. The first day is the worst and it gets better each day....

I know it's hard one week out and today was the first day I felt hungry and to top it off I had to make dinner for my niece French fries and chicken... It was hard but I did it. I needed a min to come on the site look at some before and after pics and it worked. I was able to regroup my thoughts....not only was I able to seat at the table with her while she ate....I gave her a little ice cream.... It's hard but when u feel like giving up do like I do look at some before and after pics good luck to all.

Liquids so I been doing tea and a little shake only.

Any ideas on what I should be eating???

Just got home too.....a little gas pain but I'm doing good.

I am having surgery same day....makes me feel a lil better to know I will not be alone

The reason for the surgery is to loose weight and u are.... Be proud.... Your doing great.....
