  4. I also gave an Aria Scale and it is amazing! I just love it! I use it with my Fitbit Force. It has helped keep me accountable! I'll never buy another Scale unless it's to replace my Aria!

  9. Hi ladies! It's been a while but......my surgery went well. I did have a slight issue after surgery as I am allergic to codeine and EVERY pain med narcotic gave me a full body rash that drive me crazy along with the pain. A long story short, I had to stay in the hospital an extra day for not being able to drink and pain management. They gave me Tylenol and I dumped on that then they sent me home on tramadol which did absolutely nothing! 10 days post op I'm feeling a lot better and can walk but not alone. I'm moving a lot better but not 100% yet. I have lost a total of 20 lbs with pre-op diet. 6 lbs post-op as of post-op day 7. Now I do not regret having my surgery but while I was in pain I was regretting my choice. I hope everyone is doing well! And good luck to all those having surgery this week!
  10. Hi everybody. I had my rny surgery on May 16th. My surgery itself went well but I was allergic to all of the pain meds they gave me and ended up with a full body rash that itched and drove me crazy and the only thing they could give me for pain was Tylenol and Tramadol. I dumped on the Tylenol and I was in agony and pure *ell! I stayed in the hospital for an extra day. I stayed for four days. I could not sip anything because of the pain. I was dehydrated. I constantly thought that I made a mistake about having the surgery. After 10 days post op I am doing much better. My pain is almost gone, I'm healing well, I'm able to get my fluids down somewhat and I'm working on my protein thanks to isopure. I have my post op visit tomorrow. I'm walking pretty good just not alone and while at the store I did have to use a motor cart. All and all I am glad that I had my surgery I'm just sorry I had to go through what I went through. I have lost 6lbs as of post-op day 7. I'm happy about that! Word of advice to anyone having surgery, if you are allergic to codeine as I am, make sure that the doc has a real pain med to give you for pain control BEFORE you have your surgery!
