Good luck tomorrow. It's my day also.. I'm excited!

I got mine at our local Vitamin Shop Inside Drug Emporium. They have the small packs and the tubs. I just bought the small packages to sample what I like. My surgeon told me not to buy much at a time as my taste buds may change after surgery.

Surgery is Monday morning and I have to say I'm very excited for this journey I get to go on with all you on here. I met with my surgeon yesterday for pre op. Monday morning I will be ready

Just tried the Nectar protein mix in Strawberry Kiwi.. It has 23 grams of protein and taste great

Had my EGD today.. Wow that was so easy not what I expected.. Thought I would wake up with a sore throat. Didn't know I even had it done.

Is all of yours a pre op liquid diet? I get a fruit or yogurt w breakfast and a bagel or muffin. Lunch is a protein drink Dinner is 4-6 oz of lean meT with a vegetable And then another protein drink before bed.. My head is still throbbing... I feel like I could bite someone's head off if they make me mad

I had a friend that had this surgery.. She tells me if I lose to much on pre op I will be turned away day of surgery.. I'm at 200 now.

I failed yesterday on pre op diet.. Went thru sonic after my sons baseball game game last night.. Started it right back this am.

I found isopure drinks at Drug Emporium in my home town and it has 40 grams of protein. I bought the alpine punch and it's very good

My diet is not all liquid. It's fruit veggies and meat And protein drink twice a day

My pre op diet starts today.. I'm really excited and starting to countdown to 2 weeks..I feel like a little girl waiting on Christmas Morning. This surgery will be one of my greatest gifts ever.. I'm so excited I get to share it with all my new pals on here.
