  1. Oh I've heard of some not having to be on a pre op diet...guess its the surgeons call.
  2. Wow looks like April 2nd is going to be a good day!!! How's everyone doing with their pre op diet? I'm allowed 4 protein shakes a day, sugar free jello and popsicles and a 1/2 cup of non starchy veggies. The first few days were rough but now I'm in the home stretch ...only 2 days of work left and my journey begins!

  7. April 2nd is my day!!! I'm on day 7 of the pre op diet...I cannot wait to start my new life...any suggestions from anyone are welcome!

Hi All...I started my liver reduction diet yesterday...4 protein shakes a day sf jello and sf popsicles along with 1/2 cup of non starchy veg...this is tough, everywhere I look there's a pic of food...I feel achy and have a headache but I guess that's normal...ugh only 8 more days to go, I get sleeved on the 2nd!
