  1. My preop is march 31. I have 3 weeks of liquids. Today is day 6 I weighed this morning and I've lost 11 pounds
  2. Day 6 of liquid. I'm down 11 pounds. . Makes it easier!!!
  3. I'm in canada too. Having mine April 9th in edmonton. Day 5 of pre-op fluids down.
  4. Have your drs suggested shakes? The program I have been doing for 18 months has a nutrionist that basically tells me what to eat. Lol that's where my preop diet came from. 5 days down 16 to go
  5. I'm doing 3 weeks. Today is day 5
  6. The first few days were tough. But I'm lucky my work keeps me on schedule. So that makes if easier. Day 4 went great. Only thing I noticed was the headaches and feeling tired. I save my soup broth for supper every night. I cook things for hubby that I don't like! I even had soup at the food court yesterday with them. Just the broth. I am on 6 ensure high protein, 1 cup of skim milk a day. And water, tea coffee all sugarfree You can do it!!

  8. Newfoundlander here, living in Alberta. My surgery date is April 9th in edmonton. I'm on day 4 almost 5 of my liquid pre op
