  1. I would be willing to meet other fellow bandsters....
  2. I'm not extremely religious, and still would and did fast, I personally wouldn't want to take a chance....
  3. I did last year I had my band less than a month, just be careful when you start eating and drinking to take your time...I would start with a cup of tea, or something warm to open you up more...
  4. I also went to True Results, and if I had to do it over again I would have gone to Dr. Simpson. He seems much more involved than the TR Surgeon. Once he does the surgery there is one follow up and your left with the Dr. on staff and 2 PA's.
  5. I'm a stomach sleeper and have no problems sleeping there since I've been banded.
  6. I would wait until your husband has secured a job. Maybe his new benifits will pay for the lapband! What if you have other issues caused by the lapband that need medical attention? Moving is stressfull enough! I would wait...
  7. I was self pay around the same time, as far as I know that included the first year of fills, I as well do not have any paperwork to back up that story, just a canceled check. I don't think they have billed my insurance, it wouldn't pay if they did...that's why I was self pay to begin with. Are they trying to collect from you?
  8. I used goo gone it took it all right off!
