  1. Hi I am from Ballston Spa NY and will be having the band done in Albany Med in March of 08. They seem to be great doctors. I have just started the 6 month pre surgery period of changing the way I eat and I am working with a personal trainer. This is a huge step in my life. Most days I am excited but some days I am still scared. Cindy
  2. Hi Just joined the site today. I have just started the the process of getting banded. My 6 month diet plan starts Thursday. Feeling a little scared. Insurance company says that if I can not take 30 pounds off in the next 6 months they will not cover the band..... I am glad to be here and hope to get lots of great advice and information.
