  4. I had mine on 3/17. The first three days, the feeling of regret was frequent. I had quite a bit of trapped gas which hurt. Other than that, the pain is minimal. I'm pretty excited to be done with the full liquid phase and move on to the pureed phase. I feel better by the day. So far, I've lost about a pound a day. Hang in there, the first two weeks are the most trying.
