My feelings so far............ surgery date 3/7/14
I was sleeved 3\21 and I agree that it's just learning how to figure out how much the sleeve can take. I do get discomfort when I eat fast or too much food. I used to think about food 24/7 and now I need to remind myself to eat. My daily goals are my protein and water quotas. Not drinking while eating and waiting to drink is hard...one day at a time.

Am I Eating Too Much?
I'm a week out today and just now getting to take shakes and pureed food. I don't feel like I'm getting enough protein or water. I.drink as much as I can and shoot for 2 protein shakes a day but since I can't have real food I need to know What I need to eat to get enough nutrients. Any suggestions?

Just wanted to say good luck to everyone on this journey. Its crazy..goes really fast...and it changes your life almost instantly. Had surgery on Friday...did a half day at work today and feel like I'll be 100% by tomorrow. I don't even feel hungry and am enjoying my liquids. Keeping a positive attitude. ... that's what has given me strength thru all of this. Good luck !
