I am in the qualifying stage and working with barker bariatrics. Is anyone else used them?

I am struggling also with getting protein and fluids down. I stay nauseated all the time. Sometimes when I eat something it soothes sometimes makes worse. I know I am dehydrated and keep trying to get fluids down . Never thought it would be this hard

It's been 4.5 weeks when will I feel better

I was beginning to think I was the only one this month having this problem. I just cannot to take any protein powder or the isopure. Every time I try I am sick all day. I can not get enough fluids down either, water hurts. I can sip on blue gaterade but that's about it. Please tell me this will pass!

I am miserable. I am 2 weeks post op and can only tolerate gaterade. Even when u take vitamins I experience dumping. Is anyone else having these issues

Hi everyone I had my procedure April 9, I was wondering why I couldn't get on the group for support. Glad I found you here. Happy losing

I am one week post op and I am miserable. Found I can not take liquid codone gives me miagraine in the first three days post op was dealing with that, so getting up and walking was horrible then quit that only taking Tylenol. Was getting plenty of liquids down then yesterday I drank 8 oz diet welchs dark cherry juice. Sugarfree popcicle oh then it came nausea, vomiting pain. In bed woke up at midnight both ears hurting. Took more Tylenol woke this morn one ear clogged. What the heck is going on?

Had surgery on the 9 th the pain medicine gives me a migraine. Finally figured that out late yesterday so haven't been able to walk as much as I want. But today is better I am sore, bloated but walking and beginning to feel better. Not be nauseated at all just had egg drop soup mmmm. So good

I am on day 5 of liquid diet. After day two it has not been so bad, I was expecting way worse. But I still have two more days till surgery in Wednesday. I am using pure protein powder with unsweetened almond milk. I don't like the premixed ones. I had egg drop soup. Chicken broth, tomato soup. Cream of broccoli and creamy tomato drinkable soups and drinkable yogurt. And water all day long.

My surgery is Wednesday I am on day 4 of pre op diet doing good except keep getting headaches . I hope they go away after surgery? Tylenol does nothing for them does anyone have this issue?

I am still in the qualifying stage but so ready. First was thinking about having the bypass but heard about so many complications later in live so I think sleeve will be a better choice
