I tryed it one time and gagged that was it I've been taking whole to just one at a time and I wait 10 and take the other. Haven't had no problems . I think we have to do what's best for us . I know we ain't docs but I do know if something ain't rite we will be the first to know.

Yea I still have that shoulder pain too . My stomach fells bolted but other then that I fell pretty good, hope I start felling even better.been having a lot of cravings already lol

Was banded on sept 2 any once else banded on that day or around that date ??

I bought protein bars I plan chop them up and sprinkle them on my yogurt when I can eat still in liquid stage now.

. I had my boys here but really didn't need that much help , even if u got a friend just to check on u once a day u will be fine . Don't worry it will be fine

. When I started my process last sept 2013 I had to do 6 months then when that was thru I had to wait another 5 months for them to submit the paper work . Which was august 31st it took 20 days for an answer . My doc office that all that I went thru , nut visits, sleep study , ext. would be good up for 2 years so just ask ur doc office how long is ur stuff good for before u have to do it all over again?

I had surgery on sept 2 I'm going in on the 23 for first fill if needed .

Ya funny how I waited a year for this was all excited about it and now I just want to feel better . I know it's only been 2 days but I'm ready just to move around and feel like my old self again. I've been walking and moving around but still got slot of gas .

I take vita fusion multivitivites ( gummy ) they r good

How long does this gas pain to go away . I've walked , gas x, heating pad it's driving me crazy and other suggestions ?

Just want everyone to know that reading your post for the last year has help me a lot being a newbie on here. I've gained so much info and advise . Just wanted to let y'all know when u post things that y'all have gone through it really helps us new ones . Thanks again !!

Finally on the other side !! Well I feel better today except the gas which I think is worse then the incisions it's self. Did walk as much as I could between naps didn't get much fluids down. That's my goal today. Any suggestion y'all mite have for the second day ??

Well tomorrow the day , just got back from picking all the odds and ends I needed . I'm feel like I have no energy since I've been on the liquid diet . I think I've got everything I need . Now today I'm gonna be a couch potato drink my fluids and go to bed early .IM READY !!!

I got went and bought some sugar free pudding ready to go . That's what we mix r residents at work who have trouble swallowing . I get banded Tommorow .
