  1. Hi All! I have been reading this thread because I, too, have become discourged - but am not giving up! The one thing my doctor keeps telling me is that it is different for everyone, and that I shouldn't worry - it WILL come off! It still bugs me that I am losing so slowly. I think it is mostly me - not enough of protein first. I do work-out 3 times a week, and drink lots of water. I was banded 6/5/07 and have lost only 30 lbs. 60 to go.... I go to the doctor every month and get weighed and a fill. I have 8cc in my 10cc band. I love the advice I see on here!! Any help is greatly appreciated.
