    @michelle_rose I was wondering if you could share your experiance with me? I'm also in Upstate NY and am thinking about moving forward with surgery I would like more information on the pre-op process from first contact to scheduling of surgery. How long was the process, what insurance do you have, etc. Thanks for your help any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    Can you explain this process with filling a claim with Metlife short term disability and let me know how did yours turn out? Thinking about filling one with my disability carrier combined life, and I'm not sure if bariatrics is covered.
