Praying for yiu ladies in the morning! A smooth surgery and a easy recovery! No one told me anything about polish. I didnt have any on my fingers but my toes were polished.

I made some popsicles from Crystal Light but I fell in love with the ones in the hospital which were popsicle brand. Hubby bought me a box when I came home.

Yes. It could be the desire to eat is gine because all we are doing is sipping. Lol. I do love my popsicles though.

I know. Its crazy how I have to remind myself to eat. It may not always be likw this but its cool right now. Lol

I still have the poots. I just apologize and keep it moving. Lol

I dont burp a lot but I do feel the gas pain. I usually know when it's time for meds because the rolling gas starts to hurt again. Im still trying to figure out if I drinkin too much in my sips. I dont want to stretch anything. I just don't know how its suppose to feel

Hey Webhopper. Welcome! Yes im feeling pretty good as well. Still taking pain meds regularly. Im in love with my sugar free Popsicles. Lol. I can eat them all day. Still getting broth and Water in.

Im home as well. Feels good to be back in my own bed. Not in too much pain. Im glad of that. Just trying to get my sips in

OMG I bet! I guess I will be happy with the IV. The only downfall was that it burned a bit going in.

It seems like all of us this week did awesome! Im proud of us ladies! Cant wait to hear more about our journeys to come.

Im leavung today as well. Apparently my blood work showed I needed potassium so they gave me a iv of that. They also showed me how to do my blood thinner injection. So I will be leavin in a few hours

Hey seattleslew. I know how you feel. I have that same pain today which I didnt hace yesterday. Im hoping it's because I slept thru a dose of meds last night. Just finished taking some meds. They took me off morphine on Monday. Whatever they been giving last longer than morphine it just takes a lil longer to kuck in. Should be going home today

Hey Everyone. Things went well yesterday. I went to surgery at 10am and was in my room by 2. No complications. I do have gas pains but they are not too bad. I had mt first meal today. Broth grape juice SF popsicle and water. I've only sipped a lil. So far so good. Should be able to go home tomorrow. Praying things go well for you tomorrow.

I been on all clear liquids today. Broth water Popsicles jello. No bowel prep. Im just ready to be sleeved now. Been with the family for Easter. So much food! Its been rough! On my way home now. Didnt pack much. Everyone says you wont need much

I totally agree with you I'm so ready to start this new life. its been a long time coming. have to go to my family's house for Easter not looking forward to being around all that food. the next time I'll be able to manage myself better. can't wait for tomorrow to come.

I woke to a crying wet 1 year old. Same as a headache right. Lol My doc told me we can take Tylenol. Its the stuff with aspirin that with mess with our procedures. Today is liquid day!! Happy Easter to me! My famiky does big holiday meals. I will go visit for a while stocked with my broth.
