  1. having solid food after two weeks from surgery can give you a little stomach pain... and i think you should go with regular exercises ..this can help you to get the best good long term results..

  4. I think you should not eat a lot after any Gastric Surgery This gives a lot of pain and some point vomiting too..if your stomach doesn't accept the amount food this give you more problem
  5. People do have this problem after Gastric Surgery ,but not constantly but in serveral months.Most lower back hurt more than whole back.. and taking medicine will help sometimes in this issue..
  6. I've never heard this before.. reduction in blood pressure is mostly comman after having surgery, but High BP can be find in People with more obesity. They have more risk to heart diesase.
  7. I suggest that you should go back to liquid, for the starting two weeks you must continue with the liquid diet,then you can go with the some mushy food like mash potatoes. And have them in a 4 or 5 parts in a day..eating a lot in just one time is not good..
  8. Liquid diet can be good option after Gastric Surgery for 2 weeks and starting this diet reduce the chance of pain because of solid food. After that you can go with some mushy food with the help of any dietitian.
  9. The amount of weight loss after Gastric surgery depends on many points..like diet ,exercise, and many more. May be you should contact to surgeon, they will guide you more good..
