For your Information, Below is the step by step process in order to get your Nutritional supplements from INSURE NUTRITION COVERED BY YOUR INSURANCE. * You can check it here too http://www.insurenutrition.com/do-you-qualify.php STEP 1: Submit your health insurance information via phone or online client registration form (Insure Nutrition Website). Our health insurance specialist will check with your insurance to see if you have coverage for Nutritional Supplements. STEP 2: After checking your eligibility, you are notified of your status either through email or by phone call. If you are eligible, we fill out a prescription form and fax it to your doctor for a signature. STEP 3: Once the signed prescription is faxed back to us, we send a month's supply of supplements directly to your home. STEP 4: The whole process from when you submit your health insurance information to when you receive your supplements generally takes 1-2 weeks.
