Greetings everyone! I'm a married mother of three (boys). I'm currently in what I guess is the clearance process. My initial consult was 1/17/14. I've been cleared by my surgeon and nutritionist and need just one more visit with my psychologist which is currently 3/10/14. Pending my surgeons schedule I'm told my surgery date could be no layer than early April. Like many others, I've been on the weight loss roller coaster for years. I lose 20-30 lbs then regain plus a few after each attempt. Currently, I don't have any health issues, but do have a family history which coupled with my weight is becoming a concern for me. I'm not sure what else to share, other than the fact that I'm excited to have found this platform with so much support and information. I look forward to meeting new people, sharing stories and supporting others while on this journey.
