I'm 4 months out and haven't lost any hair.I don't get all of my liquids in,but I do get all of my protein.I've always had thick hair but I feel like it's been growing at a faster rate since the surgery;my hair stylist has said the same thing.A lot of people take biotin or hairfinity (pills)...I've seen better results with hairfinity though.I hope this helped some.

These pain meds are heavenly.I was sleeping a little bit hourly without them.It took like 4 hours past my recovery to come off of the anesthesia...I kept sleeping.I have a lot of head hunger because I haven't eaten since Monday evening.I won't be discharged until tomorrow.Yall have a good afternoon and excuse my rambling lol

By the grace of God I haven't cheated.My family and friends are very supportive so they don't even buy junk food anymore,they've made lifestyle changes too.Plus,my mom is having the bypass in a couple of months

They have me on the Atkins diet for 13 days and then the day before my surgery I'm on all liquids
