  1. I have not seen this posted anywhere else. I had Gastric Sleeve surgery on 2/5/14. I did lose 25 lbs prior. I have had psoriasis all my life in varying levels of lesions. Probably was at about 70% involvement as this is winter and the usual time for me to flare. Post op, very quickly I noticed my skin was improving. So much so I even thought my surgeon gave me steroids and I was worried for the rebound, but not the case. I continue to improve, I am at about 20-25%, with significant improvement! Any one else experience this after wls? I have lost 50 or more pounds in the past and have never ever had this type of response.
