  3. Tomorrow I start 4 shakes a day & no meal. This will definitely be a trial. If anyone is looking for a protein shake that actually tastes good..... Oh Yeah in chocolate. Tastes like a Yoo Hoo. They are so good I don't mind drinking them. My surgeon has us do a 2 wk prep. He basically wants the intestines empty & have us lose more weight so he has more room to work. I'm not nervous yet, but I know it will come.

  5. The multivitamins, B12 & calcium are all available in chewable forms. I was told to start mine before surgery, which is April 8th. None of you should be going without the vitamins for any length of time.... You need to get the chewable form.

  7. That's something. Next week I cut out the meal & go to 4 shakes a day & clear liquids only. I' m drinking Oh Yeah chocolate, which is actually good. I go for pre-op testing tomorrow. I can't believe it's almost here!

  10. Tiffany, if everything goes right mine should be the end of March/beginning of April.
  11. Please double check with BCBS. You don't want to have surgery then have it kicked back afterwards & maybe not be paid. I work for them & know it can happen. Just double & triple check everything.
