  1. OMGosh that sounds good... A fatty at heart, I was salivating reading your post! LOL... Where do you get your supplies? i.e. Unjury, PB2 (and what is that) and Syntrax..... ohoh and the Torani sugar free caramel syrup sounds to die for!
  2. These two seem to be the popular ones that I’ve seen on the boards Bufflehead. Thank you so much for the share.... Do tell, Where do you get Unjury and the CarbMaster milk. I’m excited to try the combinations you just posted. YUMMMMM
  3. Wow! What a huge success for you. Congratulations!
  4. You look FANTABULOUS! Keep up the great work! What a HUGE transformation... Keep it going and keep us posted!
  5. I am 14 days post-op and like a toddler I have graduated from liquids to purees and now to soft diet. Still supplementing with the Protein whey protein isolates when my brand new spankin’ pouch doesn’t tolerate food. Just chatted up with @belladonna723 how we can normally only consume 30 grams of protein per sitting. I am drinking Isopure Whey Protein Isolate - Low Carb - Dutch chocolate (only one scoop because two scoops has 50 grams). I mix it with Farmland’s Skim Plus Milk. Bought this based on the raving reviews of taste and quality powder. So I went to Vitamin Shoppe, my gosh it’s expensive, to find alternative protein supplements to add to my day PRN, as needed. Boy did I buy some gross stuff. Good thing I got my money back. I want to know - What are YOU drinking? Is it good? Expensive and do you use milk or Water to mix?
  6. You look simply amazing and radiant!! I can’t wait to let time pass and put in my hard work. I’m only post-op 12 days and down 17lbs.
  7. What was your starting weight and have you reached your goal? Do you work out? Sorry for the questions but you are very insipiring! I am 9 days post op and so WOW by your transformation!
  8. I’m a 44 year old very girlie-girl mom of one precocious 8 year old daughter who is equally girlie. On my second marriage, married just this past September 2013 in Europe. Married my soulmate, hands down. I’ve been homeschooling our daughter since the third grade, she’s finishing the fourth grade now. We have a busy schedule and that’s the way we like it. Lots of travel and activities all the time. I have two degrees, one that includes as a registered nurse. I live with my Mom, a divorcee, while my husband is in Afghanistan. We are a retired Army family of 23 years and he is now a contractor overseas. I’ve been overweight ever since my parents divorced at the tender age of 9. Just had my GS done three days ago Friday. The gas pain is PAINFUL and the nausea is beyond normal. I mean, I was nauseous all nine months with my baby girl and that was nothing in comparison to this. The sutures, five, are not bothersome in the least. Taking no pain meds. I did this surgery for myself and myself only. My husband pleaded with me at first and turned the corner when I further explained it was not vanity but for health and that enough was enough being severely obese. When I teetered at 276 before our European wedding I crashed the weight down to 260 in a matter of weeks. Of course, it came back and was headed to the big 3-0-0. Could not, would not, should not allow that to happen. The science is there, insurance was there and the support to all those that love and support me followed and so I had the procedure done. Three days post-op and i’m 262.4.
