  1. I'm anxious to get back to it, thanks for the input.
  2. My surgery couldn't have gone smoother. I had an awesome doctor and great nursing staff. I can't believe you have to do the shakes again! I would die. That's great you're sticking with it. That's the hard part.
  3. I'm post-op just six days but I'm wondering when everyone started exercising after surgery. Right now I can hardly do my morning routine without needing a nap but I'm anxious to get back up and moving to get this weight off.
  4. Hey ladies! I had my surgery feb. 4th also. I had to do the shake diet for two weeks and thought I'd die. I was starving all the time. I think I lost about 10lbs. After the surgery is hard too. I'm hungry for things I can't have and have a hard time eating what I can.
