My surgery date was 1/22/14 at SSF Kaiser under Dr Robert Li and I started out at 311+ but didn't get Kaisers help til I was at 298! At time of surgery I was 270.6 I'm now 258 on stage 2 meals! Next week 2/7/14 Dr Li should advance me to stage 3 meals!! I can't wait!!! That's all I have to report as I am a new person to this Life Style Change!!
