  2. Four month anniversary today and I'm down 40 pounds, which feels great, but seems slower than I anticipated. Especially on the news my sister, who was 50 pounds heavier than me on her surgery date, lost 50 pounds in 2 months! I haven't been counting calories, but have been walking and eating protein and drinking lots of water. I have another 60 pounds to go. Any advice?

  4. I had surgery 11/18. Have lost 30 pounds but seem to stall all the time. I'm hungry and fighting mental cravings. Feeling unsuccessful and worried I've stretched my tummy out too quickly. Am I normal?
