  3. You won't starve. Lol. Just eat your unlimited stuff allllllllllll day. That way you won't get hungry. :-) Lol I will eat lots of steamed veggies for sure
  4. I went shopping for my 10 day diet that starts Tuesday. Hmmm....good thing I can be extreme and nail this....cause I am gonna starve. Lol
  5. I am Shopping for pre op food this weekend, start on Tuesday the 4th with surgery on the 14th. Ready!!!!

Curious to the answers on this as when I get banded on Valentines day, they will also be repairing a hiatal hernia...which I have really had no ill symptoms from that I really could complain about. I am currently working on running a 10K (5k I can pretty much do) on April 27th so I hope it doesn't keep me down too much because I gotta get up to speed for the 10k
