  2. Omg yea it's hell! And I find that I really don't eat much food so I just feel so uneasy! I will try those things again! Do you take them when you've noticed you haven't moved your bowels in a while. Also did you experience vomiting ?! Ugh What do you eat lol I will be checking this site a lot thank u for replying !
  3. I agree with each and everyone of these. I do want to add one, though. I have a problem some days not eating enough. It contributes to be not loosing and is quite frustrating. Hi I am like 4 months out and I have been in and out of the hospital since my sleeve. The constipation is the worst. I feel like i can't enjoy or eat anything?! Do you have any suggestions. And can you please share your cures for the constipation?? Maybe i am overeating or eating too fast?
