  2. These last 3 days have been the toughest by far. I eat yogurt for breakfast and it's still sitting in my chest like a blockage with bubbles and belches and I just relieved myself of about have of it. Should I be worried that I have a blockage? Sipping tea and it's not going down.
  3. 3weeks post op sleeve and tonight was my first night of vomiting. I had heard that it could happen but on Sugar free pudding, chocolate no less. Weight loss has been very slow post surgery. 13 lbs in 3weeks, I know that sounds good however all but 3lbs was in the first week. Only 3 lbs in the last two weeks. I get in my 70gm protein and 64 oz water and the Cal < 800 daily. What am I missing that can jump start more wt loss. I get in my vitamins and walk daily.
