  4. If you do your breathing exercises with that little hickey doo and your coughs it could help with the fever. I can't believe I just said hickey doo.

  6. I tend to develop Keloids. Whenever I get cut I start a regime of vitamin e oil and do cross friction massages. It's basically rubbing hard across the width of the scar. It keeps it from forming.

  11. Also, this lady that I work with told me to buy Papaya enzyme. She said if she takes too big a bite and/or the food doesn't sit well, the chewable papaya enzyme helps digest it.

  13. Monday! I can't believe its almost time. Scheduling just called and told me to be there at 6am!!!!
  14. I bought some cream of shrimp soup and instant cheese grits. Egg poachers, 1/2 cup storage bowls, frozen fruit, chia seeds, more soup, sugar free Hawaiian punch packets, more premier protein shakes, instant oatmeal and mashed potatoes. I shouldn't need anything for at least four months. Lol
  15. More shopping. I need to stay home. Lol
  16. I was just joking. I didn't get scared until yesterday when my supervisor hugged me.
  17. I never thought I would go the whole Rny route but at my hospital, they only do sleeves as a last resort. So if they got me on the table and something prevented them from moving my intestines then they would sleeve me. Idk why.
  18. It does. I'm getting a bypass. There were no bypass April 21st group so I snuck in here. Don't kick me out. Lol
  19. I think I have it out of my system now. :-)
  20. I failed miserably and had a hunk of birthday cake. I'm regretting it. Horrible headache and nausea. If dumping is worse than this, I definitely don't want to eat sweets.
  21. You are thinking about them. You're doing this so you can be around for them.
  22. I'm sorry that you have all of that going on. You have to do what's best for you. This is your journey alone. I've told my friends to either support me or shut up. You do not need this stress. I'm thinking they will change their song once they see how good you're doing.
