1. I pray you get better. Try and stay hydrated.
2. My friend just bought me a box of sugar free Popsicles. I love them.
3. I was actually whining because my mom woke me up to "eat lunch." I can care less about lunch. I'm tired of sipping.
4. I like the green apple. The peach mango is OK too.
5. Good luck. Have a safe trip.
6. You're welcome. Of course you can find both on Amazon.
7. Also Isopure has like 40g of protein and is thinner than New Whey. I thought it was gross preop but I like it OK now. It's at GNC and the Vitamin Shoppe.
8. I can't have milk products until week 2. Beneprotein is unflavored and can be added to anything. I add it to my broth. Just make sure it's cooler than 140 degrees.
9. It usually takes about an hour to finish the 4 oz of broth and it takes all day to finish the bottle of isopure. I take 1 oz of something every 15 minutes.
10. I managed to get 61g of protein in drinking a bottle of isopure and adding a scoop of Beneprotein to my broth.
11. I think i took too big a sip and it kinda felt like an uncomfortable tightness.
12. At my preop appt they told me to take my blood pressure meds with a sip of water the day of surgery. I ignored that and am so glad I did. I ignored it because I know it's easier to bring high BP down then to raise low BP up. My BP coming out of surgery was 85/47. I normally run 130/90 ish. Before I was discharged my BP was 110/69. The doctor told me not to take the BP meds again.
13. Thanks. Everything went well. Good luck to you.
14. It's called Interval Timer. I hurt but it's bearable. They sent me home with the liquid hydrocodone/tylenol. Right now I'm setting an alarm for that too. It gets bad if I wait too lo long.
15. I can't believe that I went through with it. Anyone else feeling that way?
16. I downloaded an app that plays a tone every 15 minutes. I take a sip every time I hear it
17. I'm waiting to be discharged now. I'm in minimal pain. Yesterday was a bad day but I did it to myself. I'm waiting to be discharged now. I'm in minimal pain. Yesterday was a bad day but I did it to myself.
18. I felt the same way but at least your "cheat" was all protein. You didn't do so bad. I cheated with rotisserie chicken from food Lion. I was told everything looked good. I wasn't lucid enough to remember asking about the liver specifically. You're gonna do great.
19. I didn't hurt much yesterday but I overdid it today and am hurting now. My sleep apnea kept me here. Or at 68 and BP just made it over 100/60. I hope everyone else is doing good.
20. Lol. For me, about 3 days Lol. For me, about 3 days
21. Can I get a copy too? Gixxergirlrny@gmail.com
22. I'm ready!
23. What part of SC? I'm having surgery tomorrow in Rock Hill.
24. I can't wait. I'm trying to hurry home to enjoy a protein shake before starting my bowel prep. Gonna wash my hair to speed up the time.
