Preop class was last night. Our bariatric nurse will be calling in our pain meds,injections ,zofran(nausea med) and prevacid. I will pick those up Monday. I learned that I will have a drain until I go home and have a Foley for one day. I have to go in for more pre op testing which will include blood work,breathing test,cat scan and an ultrasound. I've started an instagram which is watchtiffshrink_ if you want to follow me.not much is on it yet because I'm still pre op but it shall get exciting soon . 18 more days til surgery

I lose weight pretty quickly when I did adkins. The last time I did it, I lost like 12 pounds in a week! Problem is I cant stick with it haha.

I'm 28 which kinda makes me one of the older folks lol but surgery is June 16th!

June 16th here,getting a little nervous!!my pre op class is tomorrow.

I have 6 days of liquid and 1 day of clear liquids,ill let you guys know if a bowel prep is included. Does anyone have to give themselves anti blood clot injections ? I will have to for 2 weeks after surgery eek.

Bowel prep? Hmm I haven't heard anything about that.

My doctor said they did them in other countries since the 80s.

Surgery is 3 weeks from tomorrow. My preop diet starts in 2 weeks. Whew I can't believe how close everything is getting!

My surgeon didn't give me a specific number but I'm 5'4 and he said I will probably be anywhere from 135-145 pounds . I can't even imagine that!

The month of may is almost gone. June 16th is getting very close

I know when it comes to work I will be getting premade
