  1. I can only read at a third grade level so I couldn't make it through all these posts made by higher level readers. From what I could comprehend though is that you should be careful not to have sex with a stranger even if they is nice to you. You should be careful. If you are their boss you should tell them not to sleep with their customers cuz it is bad for business. Plus, you don't need to have the sleeve surgery and also wind up with no baby so you might want to just say no or bring a lot of condoms. Now, frankly, I saw Omar's picture an I so would have fkd him, but then again I'm a big whore. I hope this helps everyone.
  2. I really have no concrete answer to that unless it eventually works out by being absorbed into your blood stream. Maybe some of it will have to go to you GIT but they do t put any gas directly in there.
  3. Holly the whole GasX idea never made any sense to me as the gas is not in your GI tract but inside you in between your organs. GasX is designed for gas in your stomached and stomach and/or intestine so I always felt that walking was the best.
  4. I absolutely adored cream of chicken soup!

  6. Walk as much as you possibly can!

  8. Hey does anyone know where I can get me some Brazilian diet pills? I've pretty much tried everything else.
  9. Thanks all for your kind replies. I'm not really worried at this point, just kind of over not feeling up to snuff. My work is pretty active with lots of walking involved. I've been back to yoga for the past few weeks. I poop out pretty much about 2/3 if the way through class and then I just muddle through. I'm almost 40 lbs down and I can sure move better than ever so that is nice. I have a feeling that the closer I get to goal, the better I will operate in the lower calorie intake. I appreciate you all taking the time to respond!
  10. Howdy all, I was looking for some input on how other folks recovered after their VSG. I am two months out and I still feel pretty wimpy. I eat pretty well and concentrate on getting my protein and water in. I pretty much stay between 800-1000 calories. I've tried to search this topic out with very little success. I just don't feel up to par yet and wondered if that is common. I am in my late 50's so I'm sure I wouldn't spring back like some if the younger people. Any input would be greatly appreciate. Thanks in advance.
  11. While I would certainly recommend getting a passport, if only for the peace of mind value, I did not have one and had no problem whatsoever getting back into the US. I was, however, armed with as much documentation as I could lay my hands on. Getting back into the states without one is done all the time.
  12. Juba, I went to Dr. Kelly in early March and if you would like, I would be more than happy to send you the recommended post op diet that I got before I left for surgery. Feel free to pm me if you like.
  13. Mzjay, hi, I had my sleeve on 3/4 with Dr. Ramos Kelly and I am doing quite well. I'm down about 34 lbs and pretty much am eating anything that I like. I'm not fond of bread anymore, and my eggs have to be cooked just so, but other than that I'm able to eat just about anything. Best wishes on you upcoming surgery!
  14. I took three different ensembles and I ended up doing what you just said, wore the same thing. The lighter the better, less to mess with and stress over. Best wishes on your travels and surgery.
  15. Howdy, I was at the Marriott in early March and the wifi worked well. I also purchased an international plan for a month with ATT for around $40. Lately I've also seen commercials for an app called Line which claims to allow free international texting and phone calls. Happy trails!
