I'm 41 years old, and have struggled with weight gain and loss all of my adult life. 6 years ago I was diagnosed with diabetes and have had mixed results in getting it and my weight under control. Last June, after another season of weight fluctuations, I decided to inquire about weight loss surgery.

June 2013 - Dec 2013 - Insurance required appointments with nutritionist
Sept 2013: Psych Eval
Nov 2013: Preop endoscopy
Dec 24, 2013: Last nutrition appointment
Dec 30, 2013: Insurance Approval
Jan 13, 2014: Pre-op appointment with surgeon
Jan 14, 2014: Start of 14 day pre-op diet (297.5)
Jan 28, 2014: Gastric Sleeve surgery.
