Your sleeve is just a tool. Get your fluids in everyday and make sure you are hitting your protein goal each and everyday. Stay away from the sugar, fast food, and junk. Exercise everyday, start out walking and go from there. You can do this. You are not too far gone. I had my sleeve November of 2013 and I am down 125 pounds since my surgery but I work at each and everyday. Take it one day at a time. I even go to weight watchers.
Good luck to you!
I am so happy to hear you are going to be there! I purchased my tickets in April for this great event. Looking forward to all the activities and getting to meet the Bari Pals at the Expo. See you next week.

Would love to meet any of you pre and post Bari Surgery people and any of you thinking about this weight loss tool.
For the first meeting I thought we would keep it simple and discuss Al Rocker's book "Never Goin' Back". Something I think we all have in common.
Hope to see you there.
