  1. Welcome sis! Congrats on your weight loss so far!!!
  2. I am finally out of my stall and out of the 230's...I am too excited that the scale is finally moving!!!
  3. Today makes 2 months since I had RNY surgery (11/18/13) and I have not weighed myself in few weeks. Well not so good news, at my 1 month weigh-in I was down -16.6lbs and today I am down -20.6lbs total. That's only a 4lb lose in a month!!! Well I know that I hadn't exercised in the past month and I just started a few days ago. Frustrating but fixable!!! So the only thing to do is to keep on the path and focus on water, nutrition and exercise. At least the scale is moving in the right direction!!!
  4. Glad you joined us sis! The journey is not easy but so worth it! Good Luck!

  13. I am a slow loser and it's frustrating me to no end. My doc says I should focus on 64oz of water per day and 60-90g of protein. Any tips on how to get all my water and protein in daily? I will be 8 weeks on Monday. :-(

  19. I had RNY on 11/18/13 and I am losing slowly only down about 20lbs in 7 weeks. I need to start working out and I know I am not eating enough. I am getting myself together this week. HW: 270lbs SW: 252 CW: 232. :-(
  20. I am only 7 weeks post-op RNY and I just started to exercise. Not sure where Lake in a The Hills is but we can try to connect in about 30 days and I should be ready to start weight lifting. Does that work?
